The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station and offers easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating despite the language barrier. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great selection.

I stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location on a little island provided a sense of tranquility and escape from the bustling city. Located near various modes of transportation - KTX airport, on Rocco island, and close to the Kobe cruise ship terminal. the rooms are spacious, including the bathroom, and offer a great view from higher floors. the service is accommodating and professional, with an excellent buffet breakfast featuring many options.
The crowded lounge during peak hours may be overwhelming for some guests.

Starting off the new year at this hotel was an amazing experience. the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I loved the comfortable bed and pillows provided in my room. the location of the hotel was very convenient, close to numerous key locations.
I did not enjoy the noise from the trains passing by, which could be heard even from the 18th floor, until the end of service. Unfortunately, it was a big downside to what would have otherwise been a perfect stay.
